When judiciary becomes an active political party only the smart dishonest will benefit What happened to corrupt 'ladala son' of our revered but uninformed avenger father enjoying immunity!!! Please don't give me lecture of His piety and honesty as it will be measured when he will be out of his office. I rest my case, your honor.
It is a smart move on the part of Malik Riaz. Looking at the history of Punjab HC he has a better chance to get justice from SHC. PHC can easily hang him just like the elected PM who was arrested from his home in Sind but tried in Punjab for desirable results. Malik should also remember that LHC chief justice Sharif has already offered free legal services to Taseer's killer Qadri. He has to watch his back from these jan nisars. Why are Malik's enemies surprised, is SHC not a part of Pakistan? However, Arsalan is never going to step out of his zone of influence.
What!, If we think other way round . . . .???
Justice for all, at least this is what the slogan of Judiciary. One court issue arrest warrants n second offer bail, if this remains the standard of Justice than God bless us all. It's about time Judges should prepare a professional guideline for their actions as well.
There should be law against provincial cross border judiciary decisions, the court should be confined to the location where they are serving. It is strange that one court issued warrants for his arrest and the other gives him bail, the SHC should have respected the decision taken by Rawalpindi Court. It just shows how influential these people are who has amassed wealth whatever means they could muster. Sad day for Pakistan's judiciary.
Powerful quarters still have influence in the judiciary.
What about Mr. Arsalan, no one thinking of him, make him minister for business development, he knows the secret to grow big in short time
Rawalpindi Court ordered arrest warrants..Sindh court grants bails?whats going on...Poltics in Courts also.
Arrest warrant from Rawalpindi court, .............bail from Sindh high court, this can only happen in Pakistan.
The whole trash is being protected by SHC!!
Can anyone judge, what might be the pretty goggled whisper? Thekedar jee, you have done it!
Why the SHC granted him a month bail. He should sentence for five years the way he wanted to hijack the Jusiciary. Who granted him bail i think the PPP played a Sindh card or there is something else. There must something wrong at the bottom. It means the Law is not for wealthy and strog people. It is only for poor people.
The whole trash getting protection by SHC!! Loot the nation and run to the SHC!
SHC in his pocket? Wow.
