Benazir murder case: SC forms five-member larger bench
The bench, comprising of five members, will hear the case from next week, whether it is necessary or not.
A three-member bench, headed by the Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, heard the case regarding the registration of another FIR for Benazir's murder.
Earlier the court had noted that a second FIR needed to be registered as the first did not include names of some of the key suspects.
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) had also submitted a final challan in the murder case and nominated former president Pervez Musharraf as the main offender.
According to the FIA prosecutor, the challan states that Musharraf has been “intentionally” avoiding court notices issued to him and that the hearings should proceed in his absence.

@afzaalkhan: Since when the PCO SC has been working under PPP? Many times PPP leaders and Bilawal in particular has challenged the SC to start hearing BB's murder case. It was not just BB but more than two hundred innocent people were killed in the two attacks on BB. However, Memo, contempt and protecting terrorists and releasing them is more imp. Now all of sudden the SC woke up before elections. Not just BB, but Taseer and Bhatti's murderers are enjoying great lives and CJ of LHC offered free help to Qadri. All the killings of PPP and ANP leaders is the govt's fault in your opinion right? Regards, Mirza

Why don't you ask your own party who is the govt why BB murder case has not been solved it took SC to indict the Musharraf?
Honorable CJP please finish this case as soon as possible so the PPP stop to weep.
How did the PCO SC finally found time to take up this case? The Memo, contempt, and other political cases have been more imp why take up a murder case in which hundreds of people were killed in the two bomb attack? Looks like before the next elections the SC politicians want to show that they are interested in cases of public interests as well. This is only an announcement; let us see how the case progresses, fast like Memo case or like Asghar Khan's case?

Court should Probe with Naheed Khan and Safdar Abbasi they are along with BB. It was on record Rehman Malik quoted He know the shooters ? what about UN report about the BB Investigation ?
