Second marriage: Hamza Shahbaz issued notice

LAHORE: A civil judge issued notices to Hamza Shahbaz on Tuesday in a petition filed by Ayesha Ahad Malik, who claims to be Shahbaz’s wife.

Malik said Shahbaz was planning to contract another marriage, while still being married to her. She had asked the court to take action against Shahbaz because he had not asked for her permission before marrying again. Judge Ghulam Mustafa will hear the case today.
