A security official told The Express Tribune that the school had been blown up in Wali Kor by unknown militants.
The number of destroyed schools has crossed 50 in Safi and 98 in Mohmand. The Education Department has not provided any tents to these schools due to summer vacations.
Safi is a volatile region, where despite a militant operation it is believed that militants continue to operate during the night.

It is definately depressing, how we as a nation is lacking a sense of nationalism and patiotism which allows destruction of our eductional facilities at rural areas which certainly are basic source to prosper the country and enables the new generation to overcome challenges of poverty, unemployement and politcal unstability.
