Chaman landmine blast kills 14, injures 30

Landmine exploded when a truck en route to Afghanistan drove over it.

CHAMAN: Fourteen people were killed, while at least 30 were injured when a landmine exploded in Chaman on Sunday near the Pak-Afghanistan border, Express News reported.

The deceased were on their way to Afghanistan from Pakistan in a truck, when a landmine planted on the road exploded as the truck drove over it.

The injured were moved to Chaman Hospital.

This route is used for commuting between Afghanistan and Pakistan.
