Totured to death: Man killed by electric shock

Police said the suspect, Javaid, a resident of Chak 214-JB, was having an affair with a girl in the neighbourhood.

FAISALABAD: A 25-year-old man was killed in Saddar area on Tuesday. Police said the suspect, Javaid, a resident of Chak 214-JB, was having an affair with a girl in the neighbourhood. They said Shahid, related to the girl, had stopped Javaid from meeting her. The two had several arguments, police said. On Tuesday, Javaid called Shahid to a nearby dera, where he and some accomplices subjected him to electric shocks. No one has been arrested so far.
