Arsalan Iftikhar case: NAB’s investigation team to collect forensic evidence
The five-member team, headed by Director-General of Financial Crime Investigation Cell, held its first meeting during which it was decided that the report of each meeting will be submitted to the NAB chairman.
According to a NAB spokesperson, one official each of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and the police, while three NAB officials have been made a part of the investigation team.
Earlier this month, the Supreme Court had asked the government to conduct an inquiry into the case.
Following the court order, Attorney General Irfan Qadir proposed that NAB should form a team to comprehensively investigate this case.

NAB should inquire this case deeply and bring the faces of involved parties to public either its chief justice, his son
its good to involve NAB in this case and an intensive inquiry must be done agianst arslan and his family including CJ
NAB investigation should be fair & free from all influences
it is today,s requriement to disclose all cases of Arsalan iftikhar,as every one know him.
the inquiry should be in the open and NAB must interview chief justice and family to ascertain if ,as is suspected , they had any involvement Obciouslynthey have enjoyed freebies.
Let us hope the NAB does not play the same role as LHC or PCO SC. Finally it is time to root out the corruption from everywhere in an even handed manner.
Let NAB investigate how Arsalan got this kick-back or bribe or black mail? This may be a case of 'whistle blower' of a bullying 'high-up' and got trapped by an intelligent and influential entrepreneur. Time for NAB to show its guts.
