Ephedrine case: SHC admits Ali Musa's protective bail for two weeks

The Sindh High Court admitted the protective bail of Ali Musa Gilani for two weeks on Monday in the Ephedrine quota case, Express News reported.

Ali Musa appeared in the Sindh High Court along with his counsel for the hearing of his bail plea, in which he had maintained that he was being involved in the case on political basis and that he did not have any connection with it.

He also said that he feared that he would be arrested as soon as he enters Punjab.

Justice Saeed Hassan Azhar Rizvi of the Sindh High Court admitted his protective bail in exchange of a guarantee amount of Rs100,000.

Speaking to the media after the hearing, Ali Musa said that he had faith in the courts and that he was hopeful that he will get justice.

All cases of Sindhi and Seraiki should not start and end in one province. No wonder they want to have their own province away from the Lahore throne.
