Vehicle fitness: Peshawar to gear up emission control
PESHAWAR:
The government of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa has decided to establish a vehicle fitness testing station equipped with Bosch emission control technology units and well trained staff to test and analyse emissions of all kind of petrol and diesel vehicles.
This would help reduce harmful emissions, ensure better fuel efficiency, reduce maintenance requirements, and test besides identifying vehicles, which are violating the notified environmental standards.
