ANP Jalsa in Kemari Karachi, ANP has no militant wing: Shahi Syed http://youtu.be/0-rIpX3BJgU
ANP Jalsa at Kiamair, Karachi thought provoking speech of Senator Syed to Pakhtuns http://youtu.be/CxHLaTMFTwM
@Javed: Have you not seen the video of their (ANP workers) celebrations after winning the by elections in KPK? They were patakhas;)??
ANP is a peace loving, libral, democratic secular party. They are using the weapons in self defence in Karachi to protect themselves from the militant of MQM.Why they are not using weapons in KPK ?
Hope ANP leader would also play his role to cool down differences created by third party for the betterment of peace for Karachi and Pakistan at large.
Regards Dr. Saleem Siddiqi
There is no particular "Militant Wing" in ANP or MQM, because they all are militants.
@Nice_Khan : good observation. This is not the first time Tribune has done this.
Yes, I think you have outsourced your militant wing to contract killers!
militancy in ANP starts from gross roots, most people in KPK know the gun vulture the PSF (Pakhtoon student federation) carries in KPK universities.
If ANP does not have militant group then zardari is not corrupt and mian is honest.
This is not fair reporting. You have given a full-view piture of the MQM jalsa, and only partial view of the ANP jalsa. Atif yousafzai, this man and his party is the only hope for survival and honor of Pakhtuns in Karachi. Owais, ANP has always welcomed people of all ethnicities, and in Karachi there is sound proof of many Mohajirs, Hindko speakers, Balauch and Sindis in ANP.
Who needs a militant wing when everyone in the organization has weapons? We have seen your people celebrating election wins with AK47, that was on national TV.
I believe they have only military wing . nothing else
@Kaiserrizvi
May be ANP does not have a militant wing but its a fact that many people belongs to Militant or Terrorist origination and involve in violence activities such as Extortion,Land Grabbing,Target killing are part of ANP politics you take an example from Liaquat Bangash
Political parties like ANP and MQM always give a bad impression about Pashtuns and Urdu speaking. These conflicts wont do good.
this is the difference in a calculated politician like altaf and shahi . one talked only about Pathans and Altaf mentioned both ... altaf playing good cards.... Anp is the worst of the lot... followed closely by MQM tough... and if not militant wing then why is anp involved in land , drug and what not mafia ...??
The politics in Pakistan is as such that most of the ordinary people die every day and without fail and hardly there are few examples when political leaders have died unnaturally.
Ban all parties related to any ethnicity and introduce the Western type democracy where usually we have two powerful parties and they ask for votes not on the basis of ethnicity but on the basis of Pure issues related to the people and these parties include the people from all walks of life and from every ethnicity and infact for Western countries ethnicity does not matter much now a days. The only way Pakistan can progress is through parties that can do politics without any bias towards any ethnicity and any Pakistani can participate in them. I am pretty much against PPP but i must give credit to them that My father who is a Punjabi is a PPP jiala and I have met PPP Pakhtoon, Baloch, Kashmiri, Sindhi Jialas and they are the only party at present that represent all Pakistanis in real sense and people from every ethnicity are in it.
