Re-arrest bail: Police record summoned

LAHORE: Additional District and Sessions Judge Hamid Hussain on Wednesday summoned the police record on June 23 on a bail plea by actress Lashana. The district and sessions judge had marked the plea to Hamid Hussain for June 20 after the complainant’s counsel had asked that the case be transferred to the district and sessions judge. The petitioner Saba Rustam alias Lashana is accused of threatening her landlord and forcing entry into his house. She rejects the charges.
