Football: Chitral down PAF in K-P event

PESHAWAR: Chitral beat PAF 2-1 in a thrilling match of the ongoing All-Pakistan Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Football Tournament yesterday. There was a large number of spectators that witnessed the encounter at the Sumbal Khan Football ground, Qayyum Sports Complex. Chitral took the lead in the 17th minute through Ziaul Islam before they extended their lead through Ishtiaq. PAF managed to score a consolation goal through Zahid in the 67th minute but Chitral ensured this was their last success. The victory ensured that Chitral move into the next round of the tournament.
