Heart-Y Measures: KIHD gets CT angiography machine

KARACHI: The Karachi Institute of Heart Disease (KIHD) received its first CT angiography machine, which will be soon formally inaugurated. On Friday, KIHD Director Prof Muhammad Ishaq said that the patients will be charged nominal fees for the diagnostic tests, for which private hospitals charge around Rs25,000.

The hospital also provides angioplasty, angiography, exercise tolerance test, echocardiography among other routine procedures on low charges.
