Court trial: Wali Babar case moved to Central Jail

KARACHI: The trial of the men accused in the murder of Wali Babar, a journalist with Geo TV, will now be conducted in Central Jail.

The case is being heard by the Anti-Terrorism Court-III. Five men are accused in the case, as well as several absconders.

The accused have been charged with murder and  common intent. The last hearing of the case was on June 1, but it wasn’t heard because the investigating officer couldn’t appear in court.
