ATC-III: Court charges suspect in murder case

Accused charged under sections of PPC that deal with murder, attempted murder, assault or criminal force.

KARACHI: The Anti-Terrorism Court III formally charged an accused in a case of murder and a police shoot-out on Friday.

The accused, Khurram Jalali, was charged under sections of the Pakistan Penal Code that deal with murder, attempted murder, assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty, and robbery with an attempt to kill or cause harm.

The case will next be heard on July 9.
