Still missing: Police fail to find abducted girl

Police had received a tip-off that Mohammad Ali was holding Fazila Sarki captive in his house.

Thul police broke into the house of an alleged criminal, Mohammad Ali Sarki, in Din Garh village, within Garhi Hassan Sarki police limits, on Thursday.


Police had received a tip-off that Mohammad Ali was holding Fazila Sarki captive in his house. Fazila, daughter of Abdul Razzaq Sarki, was six years old when she was kidnapped five years back. The Supreme Court of Pakistan had taken a suo motu notice of Fazila’s abduction, and directed the police to locate her.
