The prime minister has said that the opposition’s attitude on the day of the budget was “extremely un-parliamentary, undemocratic and unethical”.

Addressing a parliamentary party meeting of the PPP MNAs and coalition partners at the Parliament House, Yousaf Raza Gilani “deplored the attitude of the PML-N” and said PPP and the PML-Q had decided not to disrupt the budget session of the Punjab Assembly where they have about 175 members.

In a statement released, the premier said that the people of Pakistan want the opposition to behave like a democratic entity and desist from hooliganism and concentrate on pointing out the deficiencies in the budget and give proposals to the government for improving the health of the economy.

@H Chaudhry:If there is another system besides democracy, please let me know what is it called. You don't have answer to this, if you do, I'm sure it's illegal, like martial law. What do you want for this country? We can't go back a millenia and half and have that system of Khilafat resurrected again with some modification to make it look not so crazy. you are confusing reality with fiction.
