Balochistan Violence: Blast in Panjgur kills one, injures 7

QUETTA: A man was killed and seven others, including three security personnel, injured, in a bomb explosion in Bismillah Chowk area of Panjgur district on Monday. The bomb – a remote-controlled device – was planted on a motorbike which was parked outside a private bank. A police officer said that the bomb was targeted at the security personnel visiting the bank. At least 10 cars and some motorcycles were damaged in the blast. According to witnesses, the security personnel were inside the bank when the explosion occurred.
