Murder: Man awarded death sentence

LAHORE: A local court on Friday awarded a death sentence to a man for murder. The court released two other accused giving them benefit of doubt. Additional District and Sessions Judge Mushtaq Elahi sentenced to death Adeel Liaquat and imposed a fine of Rs200,000 on him. He released co-accused Nagina Bibi and Nabeel Kashif. Liaqat had shot Nabeel Amjad over an alleged affair with his mother, Nagina Bibi, in 2009.
