‘Terminated’ employee: PHA DG, Director asked to respond

LAHORE: A labour court on Friday sought comments from the Parks & Horticulture Authority (PHA) director general and administration director by June 25 on a petition filed by an employee seeking a stay order against his termination. Petitioner Asif Ishrat submitted that he had been a security guard at Parks & Horticulture Authority for 10 months before he was issued a termination notice. He requested for a stay against the orders.
