Compensation: SP Shah’s heirs to get Rs2 million

The chief minister added that he had ordered senior police officials to probe the incident and arrest the culprits.

KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah announced on Tuesday Rs2 million in compensation for the legal heirs of SP Shah Mohammad, who was killed during an attack by unidentified gunmen in Korangi on Monday. Qaim Ali Shah condemned the incident and said that such cowardly attacks could not break the determination of law enforcement personnel in their fight against anti-state elements and criminals. Shah Mohammad was a brave, honest and professional police officer. The chief minister added that he had ordered senior police officials to probe the incident and arrest the culprits.
