Discipline: Annual increment of ADSJ withheld

The penalty of censure was imposed on two additional district and sessions judges (ADSJ) and a special court judge.

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday imposed the minor penalty of withholding the annual increment for a period of three years upon ADSJ Rao Abdul Jabbar Khan. The penalty of censure was imposed on two additional district and sessions judges (ADSJ) and a special court judge.  ADSJ Azizullah Kahloon, ADSJ Aqil Hassan Chohan and District and Sessions Judge special court (Control of Narcotics Substances Rawalpindi) Zafar Iqbal Chaudhry were censured over references against them. Meanwhile, Nadia Siddique, judicial magistrate in Jalalpur Peerwala and Saima Riasat, judicial magistrate in Kehror Pucca have completed their probation periods. The powers of Civil Judge Class-II have been conferred upon them.
