Garbage dumping: DHA clarification on EPA statement

A spokesman for Defence Housing Authority claims that he had been quoted out of context.

KARACHI: A spokesman for Defence Housing Authority has referred to a report on Seaview restaurants dumping garbage into the sea published in these pages on May 24. He claimed that he had been quoted out of context. He has denied making any accusations about the Environment Protection Agency and said that any misapprehension caused about the functioning and efficiency of the EPA was regretted.
