Rewarding an insurrection (III)

Letter May 21, 2012
The esteemed court is facilitating the re-establishment of a fascist extremist nerve centre again.

WASHINGTON DC: The Supreme Court should be stepping in and ensuring that those who broke the law and created a parallel state in the heart of Islamabad do not ever get that power again. But what we are seeing is contrary to that. The esteemed court is facilitating the re-establishment of a fascist extremist nerve centre again. I feel for the true shuhada of the Lal Masjid tragedy — those 10 SSG commandoes who laid down their lives fighting the terrorists disguised as religious persons.

There is no other example in the modern world where the superior courts of the country seem to side with enemies of the state and even those who, ironically, don’t even believe in the Constitution.
