Hindu temple attacked in Peshawar
The Goraknath Temple, located in the Gor Khatri district, was recently reopened for worship after being closed for almost 60 years over ownership issue.
A two-member bench of the Peshawar High Court (PHC), in its verdict on September 15, 2012, wrote that stopping religious activities at a place of worship was against the law.
Pujari Ramesh Gurudario of Goraknath temple said that when he arrived for worship today, some unknown men entered the place and attacked the sacred statues and pictures. The assailants managed to escape after the attack.
Police have taken notice of the incident and filed an FIR.

There is no any Injustice in Pakistan. No supereme for Hindus of Pakistan. That is the reason i shifted from Pakistan.

Where are you Chief Justice both of Supreme Court and Peshawar High Court? A couple of days before CJ of Supreme Of All Supreme Courts on planet earth said something on Article 20.......of our constitution and that also on religion related issues. These elements easily get away due to loop holes in our constitution which clearly goes in the favor of misfits in our system. We should follow the vision and mission of Qaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and not any Tom, Dick or Harry.
This is unacceptable... i denounce these barbaric and ignorant people running roughshod over rights of all Pakistanis to practice the religion of their choice. The vandals ought to be apprehended and appropriately punished. These bearded animals are a disgrace to this country
Unless the Pakistani State takes a proper stand against extremism the average citizens will continue to suffer at the hands of these barbarians. The Police, the Army and the ISI should work to eliminate this cancer from our country - if the population sees a proper and serious effort by the government the whole population will stand with them.
Bring the culprits to justice...

And Pakistani Muslims got away with attacking and destroying dozens of Hindu temples to take revenge of demolition of ONE disputed and defunct Babri Mosque in India in 1992.
Before partition in 1947, there were around 20% Hindus in Pakistan and now they are less than 1.75% mostly in Sindh. Whatever happened to those 18% Hindus who have disappeared in the last census? They were either forced to migrate or were "you-know-what".

Pakistan's freedom of religion in practical terms on display in peshawar.And then we scream when we go to Western countries that they don't treat us well.
when wahabis are not allowing sufi shrines to remain in place, it is idiotic to expect them to be tolerant to temples.
