Crime: Two brothers shot dead over marital dispute

Jan said his sons were working on their farm when, Salim and his father came and opened fire of them.

MANSEHRA:

A man was arrested on charges of killing two brothers over a marital dispute in Bafa area on Saturday.

According to the Bafa police, the daughter of Akbar Jan of Kulharay village had came back home after being subjected to domestic violence at her in laws.

He said his daughter’s husband, Akhtar Salim, and father-in-law, Fazl-e-Rabi, were forcing her two brothers, Mustafa and Muhammad Asif, to send her back.

Jan said that on Saturday when his sons were working on their farm, Salim and his father came and opened indiscriminate fire of them using Ak-47 rifles. The two brothers died on the spot. The police registered a case against the father and son.
