Cricket: Al Noor thrash Young Jerma

PESHAWAR: Al Noor Club beat Young Jerma Club by 37 runs in the NBP Kohat Twenty20 Inter-Club Cricket Tournament. Al Noor Club scored 183 for seven in the allotted 20 overs. Abid Iqbal top-scored with 77 and hit nine boundaries and three sixes. Kazim scored 42 with three boundaries and as many sixes. Nadeem took three wickets for Young Jerma while Javed and Ibrar picked up two wickets each. In reply, Young Jerma Club were all out for 147. Waqas top-scored with 53. For Al Noor Club, Rehman and Shehzad picked up four wickets each while Yousaf took two wickets.
