Khan was speaking at a press conference held to announce the inclusion of Asim Zafar, son of Pakistan Muslim League – Quaid (PML-Q) leader SM Zafar, into PTI.
He said that quitting the government in Punjab required the heart of a lion and Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) did not have that kind of courage.
“Rehman Malik and the Sharif brothers are participating in reconciliatory politics,” he said, adding that Nawaz Sharif’s statement that PML-N had consulted PTI before ending the long march was untrue.
“Along with Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani, the coalition partners too are expressing a lack of confidence in the Supreme Court.”
Earlier, Khan said that if the prime minister’s appeal in SC was done and the government did not accept the court’s decision, PTI would march towards Islamabad in what would be the “biggest march in the history of this country which would be led by the youth”.
He said that the tsunami would not only take away Gilani, but would also “deprive President Asif Ali Zardari of his chair”.

@observer: Well said!
Haha, full marks to @Zak, for clearing the air regarding IK's policies. Yes you have comprehensively stated his Eg: 1) cabinet policy- cut down the cabinet size. 2) Have his energy policy: 3) war policy Etc. That should do it. Secondly, believe it or not guys, it seems that IK is not in it to win the elections. He has just been assigned to make fun of NS. Targeting NS, in Quetta, in Karachi or even in his sleep he sees no other issue in this country. One sentence about Zardari, and here he goes again on NS, one sentence on terrorism and again NS. I don't like PML-N, but it always bemuses me, why is IK so infatuated by them. Now the PTI political analysts will start lambasting me, saying noora kushti noora kushti, dengue brothers, this is all such a joke. IK should stop making comedians out of the youth.
Some people only listen to speeches that are against zardari and NS, not realising his talk shows and other rallies where he does talk about policies; Eg: 1) cabinet policy- cut down the cabinet size. 2) Have his energy policy: 3) war policy Etc
Mr MN where did u pluck this 90%. Even if u really mean it this should be 100% as these biggest Daacoos are the main Problem. By the way he has given solution based policies and more importantly WILL and demonstrated ability. If u r not convinced then no need to aggravate yourself... Go and vote these culprits again and enjoy your tall poppy syndrome.
Its time that the people of Pakistan wake up from slumber and take a stand.. we the upper class have no idea about the damage the present government is inflicting upon us.. be it economic, social or political Pakistan has suffered immensely over these past rules (PPP,PML-N,Dictators). I just dont get it when will people realize how each and everyone of you is being USED and made a FOOL of.. Its true, we dont realize until an incident happens to our homes, our families!! The day is close when this bubble of hatred, corruption and patience will burst and the common man will ENSURE that the rich or the wealthy few have a taste of their miseries. Imran Khan, definitely not a saint, in my opinion is atleast BETTER of the remaining lot of filthy politicians. We need to support his cause and give a chance to one more person who seems to be the only hope !!!
This is one of the reasons I don't want to see you as a ruler. You will also become disobedient.
So Khan was right AGAIN! Here are the words of the SC in the detailed order! "After all, if orders or directions of the highest court of the country are defied by the highest Executive of the country then others in the country may also feel tempted to follow the example leading to a collapse or paralysis of administration of justice besides creating an atmosphere wherein judicial authority and verdicts are laughed at and ridiculed."
If rulers do not obey SC, no one else will: Imran Khan
Let me list all those who are obeying the SC.
A. The FC- They have released all the illegally held Baloch activists.
B. The Agencies- The 'disappearances' have come to a complete stop.
@MN: PTI is the only party which has already given two detailed policies and more to come! At the moment the focus is on SC and if PTI (real opposition) don’t work to save the SC then you will regret it for the rest of your life! We Pakistanis don't even understand the importance of an independent and strong judiciary or any other institution for matter of fact!
@roadkashehzada: PTI left it to individual members as it doesn't matter if they resign or not when a big evil party with 90 seats is still in parliament. Still more than 15 PTI members resigned from assembly. If only one didn't resign then it is not an issue. resignation of 1 member will not create any pressure. It is 90 resignations that will push for new elections.
Dear All,
PTI is only hope for Pakistan, you all should know only one leader bring change not his colleges, examples are in front of you like Tayyab Urdgan and Mahater Mohd. So please keep in mind reality. we have give 5-5 times to both parties but one time vote for Imran Khan.
Congrats IK, you have just justified anarchy for your 'revolutionaries'. @Purge is the first proud victim to have turned from being a 'law abiding' citizen.
How soon before PTI become 'Pakistan Taliban Inbreds' with this doctrine now?
@Pakistani Hindu: Just like many you are sleeping too! Time to wake up, otherwise dont blame us that you were not told!!!
There is only one real opposition in Pakistan and that is Imran Khan! Wake you who are still Yawning!
Kaptaan Khan leading the way, we are with you all the way
It's time we wake up now. It's time we start fighting for our rights and put a stop this nonsense and mazakh that the political elite has been playing with this country for the past 40 years. We need to wake up, we NEED to support Imran Khan in whatever way possible, Pakistan needs us.
Every person needs to do whatever they can and stop thinking that one person can't make a difference.
If not us then who If not now then when?
Disregarding Gilani's worth, this statement is that of an instigating fool. It's one more empty line from the king of exploiting the naive and never shutting up yet saying absolutely nothing at the same time. Nobody obeys a court because they want to when it comes to a jail cell or fines. They do it because there's something they can't stop that will make them comply. If the court itself cannot enforce its own judgments, it's useless. If a civilian says they're not going to comply because of the PM's actions, it doesn't automatically give him the ability to get convicted and then walk out of the room a free man. That statement is almost as dumb as the backwards Tsunami metaphor that gets overused.
welcome asim zafar
No, if the common man refuses to obey the court following the footsteps of the ruler then the common man will get punished just as well. The recents events have not made disobeying the costs without the fear of punishment any easier. PM Gillani did refuse to obey the courts but he also got punished for his misbehaviour. The degree of punishment is debatable but not the handing out of punishment.
So no, the common man will not suddenly be more inclined to disobey the court anymore today than he was, say, 10 years ago.
What a completely absurd and irresponsible statement.
Love u khan sahib
It's getting boring Imran Khan. Till the elections arrive, can Pakistanis get more Shaukat Khanum like initiatives. If you do that, by Allah you will have a tsunami victory.
Talkers only talk, stop being a Nawaz Sharief. Be the Imran we all loved.
Love Occupied Kashmiris
Dear Mr. Khan, 90% of your speeches revolves around NS & AZ. Can you please stop this non-sense blame game and just focus on what and how you really want to bring the change? Don't play with the emotions of young people and don't try to give them false hopes. I know, for sure, especially in your case, even if you come to power, you will be the next decade-waster...
Sir, youths are waiting for your call.
somebody tell captain that australia is batting and he is bowling against new zealand which will shift his focus from the batting side
khan sb. you dont know the difference between courage and foolishness. Please stop your rehtoric.
Imran, you are so right. I used to be a law abiding citizen but now I cannot take the law seriously - the whole country seems like a joke to me. This is the beginning of chaos. This will bring the tsunami. Alas . . . true change will only come with bloodshed . . . not the ballot box. Everyone is too compromised to bring change . . . only the have-nots can bring it. You are trying to do the right thing . . . I hope it is not too late.
Imran Khan is a great leader. I hope people will vote him in large numbers to change this system.
Sir, please listen to the American judge also who gave verdict on the paternity case.Every child deserves the love of a father, the child shouldn't be punished because he/she didn't have the choice of being born into or out of wedlock.
