SHABQADAR: The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) observed Labour Day as ‘Judiciary Day’, with party members expressing support for the Supreme Court’s verdict, and alleging that it is not legal for Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani to hold office. While speaking to workers in Charsadda district, PML-N’s Marvi Memon said the party will start a Tehreek-e-Nijat (Salvation Movement) against the federal government. “The premier’s attitude shows that he is at war against the judiciary,” she said. During his address, PML-N Secretary General Iqbal Zafar Jhagra added that “the PML-N is ready to join hands with opposition parties for the sake of the judiciary.” Sadiqul Farooq claimed that Tehreek-e-Nijat will be a peaceful movement because his party did not believe in violence-based politics. “We will oust this government with a long march the way we had restored the judiciary.”
