Wellbeing Of Disabled: Wheelchairs for aged Peshawar litigants

PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) Chief Justice Dost Muhammad has said that the government has no writ in the provincial metropolis beyond 8 to 10km. He said this after handing over wheelchairs to district and sessions judges to be used by disabled and aged litigants appearing before the court. He said that when disabled people come to the courts they face immense problems. He claimed that there should be a lift for disabled and aged people.
