Amplifier act: APCA members accused of violation

Police registered a case against two members of APCA under the Amplifier Act for using loudspeakers during a protest.

FAISALABAD: Police on Wednesday registered a case against two members of All Pakistan Clerks Association (APCA) under the Amplifier Act for using loudspeakers during a protest. APCA’s Ayub Agriculture Research Institute (AARI) Faisalabad Sector had held a sit in to demand higher wages. Mohammad Rafiq Dogar, Shahzad Husain Shah, Mohammad Siddique, Qazi Fakharul Islam, Nazeer Husain, Khalid, Naseer, Shabbir Husain and Arshad Asi participated.
