Shame on our so called Independent Judiciary System
thats exactly why people have lost faith in the judicial system in this country. Courts should be ashamed to work so uselessly and on such crap laws.
Its sad that accused are not being sentenced by the courts. The number of this kind incidents are increasing day by day. Granting the bail to criminals not only motivate the criminals but also add the problems to the victims family. On the other hand it reflects the inefficiency of our judicial system. How many criminals of rape & terrorism have been brought to justice? is a big question.
