LAHORE:

A lawyer filed a civil miscellaneous application before the Supreme Court (Lahore registry) seeking a direction for the deployment of Army Medical Corps doctors at all public hospitals due to the Young Doctors’ Association (YDA) strike.  Petitioner Sarfraz Hussain had submitted in his petition that doctors be barred from observing strikes as the health of citizens was a priority under the Constitution.

He requested the court that the protesting doctors be replaced by Army Medical Corps doctors so that patients would continue getting the medical care available at public hospitals.

Then replace the lawyers, the politicians, the uncountable ministers, the teachers, the nurses, the police, the education dept. officials.etc and the list goes on and on.........Why dont you ask for the basic right of every citizen be fulfilled. No problem will arise, no strikes and no replacements. We should first of all work hard to prevent the outburst of issues rather than start thinking of replacements and cures......
