KARACHI:
On Friday, four men broke into a UBL branch near Ancholi and stole Rs212,000. At 11:16am, the suspects arrived outside the bank on two motorcycles and held the staff hostage.
They took rifles from the security guards and proceeded to rob the bank. SHO Raja Tariq claimed that the police had the CCTV footage and was trying to catch the suspects. In the last three years, robbers have targeted this branch three times.
