Saeed Ahmad Khan appointed OGRA chairman

The cabinet division had moved a summary consisting of three names for the post and Gilani had appointed Khan.

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani on Friday appointed Saeed Ahmad Khan as the chairman of Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA).

Accoridng to a statement issued by Prime Minister House, the former secretary has been appointed as the new chief of Ogra. He had retired on April 14 as executive director of National Institute of Population Study.

He has also worked as secretary Information Technology (IT), Overseas Pakistanis, Statistic Division and has also served as the chairman of Trading Corporation of Pakistan (TCP).

The cabinet division had moved a summary consisting of three names for the post and Gilani had appointed Khan.

If he had retired then why is he being taken back again ? Is he clean ?
