Medical examination: Govt forms committee to look into death

The committee will be led by Prof. Umer Memon, who heads the forensic medicine department at DUHS.

The Sindh government’s health department has formed a 15-member committee of forensic experts to examine Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz leader Bashir Qureshi’s viscera.

The committee will be led by Prof. Umer Memon, who heads the forensic medicine department at Dow University of Health Sciences. The committee will meet on April 13 and April to examine the samples. According to the health department spokesperson, the committee will finalise the report in April and submit it to the health department.


JSQM’s acting chairperson Dr Kalani, said that he did not have all details about the committee or its members.

Govt should also form a committee for the woman whose head and arms were slashed yesterday by an unknown ??? murderer . If Mr.Qureshi was a citizen of Pakistan ,so was she .
