Power Supply Issues: 6 policemen, 2 tribesmen hurt in clash

The police official said that Momandkhel tribesmen have cut off power supply to Patakkhel tribe for two months.

DERA ISMAIL KHAN: In Bannu Frontier Region, at least six policemen and two civilians were injured in a clash between police and Momandkhel tribesmen, an official of the Bannu Cantonment police station told The Express Tribune. The police official said that Momandkhel tribesmen have cut off power supply to Patakkhel tribe for two months and the police launched an operation arresting 60 members of the tribe, including elders. During the operation, the tribesmen clashed with policemen, leaving six police officials and two tribesmen injured.
