'Shortage of time' might hinder Bangladesh’s tour to Pakistan

BCP chief says Bangladesh also wants revival of international cricket in Pakistan.

President of Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) Mustafa Kamal has said that the Bangladesh team might not tour Pakistan due to “shortage of time”, Express News reported on Tuesday.

Pakistan had invited Bangladesh for a three-match one-day series in April this year in a bid to revive international cricket at home.

While discussing the proposed schedule by Pakistan between April 15 to April 2, 2012, Kamal explained that a meeting of International Cricket Council (ICC) was scheduled on April 14 and that the team was busy with some other engagements.

Kamal said that Bangladesh also wanted revival of international cricket in Pakistan.

Responding to Kamal’s statement, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) said that no official information had been received from Bangladesh.

International cricket teams have refused to tour Pakistan since gunmen attacked the Sri Lankan team in Lahore in March 2009.

Guys, India does not want that international cricket should come back to Pakistan and mind you that India is a mighty force in ICC. India would try all efforts to destroy cricket in Pakistan and that is their immediate and most important mission. Bangladesh in no way will harm their relationship with India by touring Pakistan. If India permits Bangladesh than they will visit and play. Mr. Zaka should understand one thing that under PM Hasina's regime, things will never work out positively in favor of Pakistan as Hasina's govt is controlled and run by the high command in Delhi. Hasina is obliged to respect honor command from her high command as they have installed her to run Bangladesh.
