KARACHI: The CNG shortage is worsening day by day and it seems the government is not doing anything about it. Apart from causing major inconvenience to owners and users of public transport, the shortage also creates problems for car owners, given that millions of vehicles use CNG as fuel in Pakistan.
Furthermore, raising the price of CNG will not help either because owners of public transport will simply pass on the increase to commuters in the form of higher fares.
