Carelessness: 2-year-old drowns in tub

RAHIM YAR KHAN: Chak No 64P resident, Rabia, 2, fell into a water tub while playing in the washroom. Her mother discovered her breathe in the water tub. Rabia was taken to Shaikh Zayed Hospital Rahim Yar Khan where doctors said her condition remained critical.
