Increase in gas prices: OGRA issued notice for Apr 17

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court on Tuesday issued notice for April 17 to Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) on a petition challenging the recent increase in CNG prices. Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah issued the notice in a petition filed by All Pakistan CNG Association. The petitioner’s counsel contended that the recent increase was unjustified and illegal, therefore, directions be issued to declare the revised prices as null and void.
