MIRPUR:
The paramedics’ token two-hour strike entered its seventh day on Monday. The protesting staff boycotted their duties and raised slogans against the government during the pen-down strike. The AJK Paramedical Staff Association has been observing a two-hour strike every day which will continue till April 10. After the deadline, paramedics will fully boycott their duties. The protesters also warned that they would expand their campaign to basic health units and rural health centres if their demands are not met.
