Cricket: British universities’ team arrives

They will play two one-day games against the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) under-19 team.

KARACHI: Players from various British universities arrived in Lahore yesterday for a weeklong tour. They will play two one-day games against the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) under-19 team at the Gaddafi Stadium on April 4 and 6. The PCB has welcomed the tour and has taken ‘appropriate’ security measures for the visiting players. A PCB official said that the successful tour will help in reviving international cricket in Pakistan.
