Festive firing: Case against groom

FAISALABAD: Rodala Road police have registered a case against a man for firing at his wedding on Sunday. Assistant Sub Inspector Javaid’s complaint against Naseer Ahmad, a resident of Chak 28-GB, stated that he and some guests at his wedding resorted to firing to ‘celebrate the day’. It said a police team raided the village to arrest the suspects but they had fled by the time it arrived at the scene.
