Tehran says its nuclear programme is purely peaceful, but Israel and Western nations believe it is moving towards a nuclear bomb that could change the regional balance of power.
"Once again, there is the possibility of a diplomatic resolution that gives Iran access to peaceful nuclear energy while addressing the concerns of the international community," Obama told students in Seoul.
"Today, I'll meet with the leaders of Russia and China as we work to achieve a resolution in which Iran fulfills its obligations."

The entire security council believes that Iran is violating the non proliferation treaty - that's why the sanctions are in place. If Iran doesn't want nukes (as it says constantly) - fine - then allow the UN inspectors to do their job.
What obligations are you talking of, Mr Obama? Have you met any of your obligations since 1968? Were you, as one of the N-5, not expected to take steps towards nuclear disarmament?
Someone explain to me please! Why does US have the right to carry nuclear bombs and not Iran? How many countries has Iran invaded as compared to the US which makes it such a big threat?
