Honoured: Khar praises Saving Face

Adds 'the documentary indicates our responsibilities towards social issues in Pakistan.'

ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar hosted a reception in honour of the first Pakistani Oscar award winner Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy at the Foreign Office on Thursday. The reception was attended by foreign diplomats and officials of the foreign office. Foreign Minister Khar congratulated Obaid-Chinoy for winning the honour for Pakistan and appreciated the documentary, Saving Face.  It narrates the story of brave women in Pakistan who are fighting these issues with courage, Khar said, adding that “the documentary indicates our responsibilities towards social issues in Pakistan.”
