Cricket craze: T-20 matches to start March 25

The tournament will run from March 25 to April 1 at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

T-20 matches will start from March 25, said an official of Faisal Bank, while announcing the schedule of the event a media briefing here on Wednesday. The tournament is being organised in collaboration with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). “The tournament will run from March 25 to April 1 at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.


All matches will be live telecast,” said Harij Ali of Faisal Bank and PCB official Subhan Ahmed. A total of eight matches will be played and teams will be divided into two pools. The teams in Pool A are: Faisalabad Wales, Peshawar Panthers, Karachi Zebras, and Lahore Lions. In Pool-B: Lahore Eagles, Sialkot Stallions, Rawalpindi Rams and Karachi Dolphin.

Two matches will be played in one day. The first match will start at 4pm and the second at 8pm. Both semi-finals will be played on March 31 and the final on April 1st.
