Boxing: PSB bans camp commandant

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) barred camp commandant of Pakistan boxing team Shahidul Haq from its premises without giving any reason or prior intimation. Haq is the camp commandant of national boxers training for the second round of Olympics scheduled to be held at Kazakhstan from April 4. “The PSB does not have the right to stop me or any sporting personality to enter into this public place and office,” said Haq. “This action is affecting the training of the Pakistan boxing team. They do not understand the training method applied for the boxers at this stage.”
