Taliban militant responsible for flogging woman arrested from Swat
Hadi was allegedly involved in flogging a married girl, Saira Bibi in Asharbanr village of Charbagh tehsil.
He was arrested after returning to Asharbanr village from Hyderabad.
Saira who was married to Fazal Amin, a day labourer, was handed 30 lashes in 2009 by a self-styled Taliban Sharia court without having heard her plea - for a crime she had never committed.
She was accused of having illicit relations with a man in her in-laws by Hadi and Maulvi Abdur Rehman and other relatives of her husband.
The incident is different from the one whose video went viral and drew widespread condemnation. The video showed a flogging incident which occurred at Kala Kaley in Kabal tehsil.

Fazal Hadi was hiding in Karachi and arrested by security forces on his return to Charbagh area. It is also believed that he was also involved in killing of many anti-Taliban leaders of Swat in Karachi.
There is only one solution to this menace and curse (in short run).. capture each and every one of them starting from their supporters and shoot them in the head .. All those caught at gunfight location between security forces and these criminals should be eliminated on the spot without any questions. While in the long haul we have to use media and education to make them act like humans.
Since this incident wasnt the floggin incident on the VDO, nobody can deny flogging incidents any more. Because there are many. Hope all the Taliban supporters' sisters, mothers and daughters enjoy this.
