Devolution: JPMC petitions put off

Sindh High Court adjourned on Monday the hearing of a number of petition pertaining to the future and fate of JPMC.

KARACHI: Justice Maqbool Baqar and Justice Nisar Muhammad Shaikh of the Sindh High Court adjourned on Monday the hearing of a number of petition pertaining to the future and fate of Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Centre and other federally run hospitals as one of the leading counsels, Anwar Mansoor Khan, was not available. These institutions have challenged being handed over to the Sindh government.
